Specialising in leadership, interpersonal dynamics, and psychometrics, my work has taken me to over 20 countries, and enabled me to collaborate with a wide variety of businesses, in both private and public sectors.

I've presented at a range of leadership and personal development conferences, including the British Psychological Society (BPS), Psychometrics Forum, DISRUPTHR, Staff Development Forum (SDF) and Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD).

I have also written for HR Zone, IC Magazine, ACCA Magazine, Training Journal, and featured as a guest on a range of industry podcasts.

I know what it’s like to walk the walk. I’ve been a company director for over 10 years, twice nominated for the Institute of Directors’ Director of the Year. I’ve created strategies, managed budgets, developed teams. I know how it feels to be working at this level, and I bring this to my mentoring practice.

A keen technophile, I run a successful technology YouTube channel and post content about the latest advances in technology, such as how Artificial Intelligence is shaping our perception of the world of work.
